Tokajské vína

Wine of goldish yellow color with a brownish shade and fine "chlebovinka" created by oxidation during the maturing in the wine casks. Distinctive bottle bouquet is created after the bottling.

It is manufactured from furmint grapes, lime wine and yellow muscatel, which are processed together with cibebas, produced by the action of a cultivated mould called Botrytis cinerea Persoon. The wine is extractive with low sugar content and higher alcohol and general acid content.

It is bottled after maturing in the wine casks inside the classical tuff wine cellars, where stored under optimal conditions for at least 4 years.
